Introducing django_satprep

When testing Django apps, I generally prefer to use nose and twill to do most of the work. I've packaged two great convenience scripts that I've found into django_satprep and put that on bitbucket and on PyPi.

Note that I didn't write these - the Nose integration was grabbed from Jeff Balogh's great post. I've just packaged this up.
